Right of Withdrawal
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery of your order, as per current regulations for online purchases.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the product must be:
- unused or undamaged;
- returned in its original packaging;
- in perfect condition, complete with any accessories or packaging.
Return Costs
Unless otherwise agreed or the product is defective, the shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
