Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to current legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the order delivery date.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, click the button below and submit your request, including:
- First and last name
- Email used for the order
- Order number
- Order receipt date
- Products for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
You will receive a confirmation of your request via email.
Return conditions
The product must be returned:
- intact and unused;
- in its original packaging;
- complete with any accessories, packaging, and original seals.
Products excluded from withdrawal
For hygiene and health protection reasons, perfumes, scented oils, decants, and cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or had their original seal removed cannot be returned.
Return costs
Unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a defective product, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
